The folks at Glacier came to my home and walked me through everything I needed to know to maintain our pool myself. Their help and assistance has been amazing. They are super friendly and very willing to help. They are very knowledgeable about anything about pools. I highly recommend Glacier Pool & Spa!

Glacier Pool is the Absolute Best! My neighbors who were out of the country on vacation texted me saying their pool was black and asked if I could go check it out. I went over to their house and could not believe what I saw. We googled and found Glacier pools because we had received horrible customer service from the Big Box Store down the road. We walked in and were welcomed in right away with warm positive attitudes. Jeremy was AMAZING! We showed him pictures brought him a water sample water told us what to do and he he even came over a few days later to check on the progress. I can not THANK Jeremy and the Team over Glacier Pools for everything. You are officially my go to pool supplier!

We had a great experience last time we went there. The new girl helped us not only choose the right product to our pool but also carried our purchase to our car since I have some back problems. I am very happy with her.

Awesome shop with friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Glacier helped me rebuild my DE filter recently. They provided new filters cheaper and faster than Amazon, and installed them for free. All I had to do was drop off the manifold and come back a couple hours later. They tested my water and guided me on chemical additions. I followed their advise and the pool has never looked this good.

Glacier offers the best pool maintenance advice around. They sell you just what is needed to maintain your pool not all of the excessive purchases that Leslie’s Pools would recommend. The repair service was stellar and efficient. definitely the best pool supply store around

Always excellent service and prices. I always buy from this place they are friendly and no sales pressure. They offer free water testing and most times the water test is fine with nothing special to buy. Unlike ALL trips I ever made to Leslie's which was everything something to buy. This place also sells lots of misc parts. I bought a few jet parts and got the wrong ones. The staff went out of their way to track down and order what I needed and even swapped my parts. This place also offers great service work on pool cleaners. Would certainly recommend this place over ANY other option. I personally drive past 4 competitors to get to this one. IT IS WORTH THE DRIVE!

Purchased the M8 with dual lounges so that my love and I can sit on them and chat... and she needed hydrotherapy due to spinal injuries. She had not slept well in years; and for the first time in years she can sleep! I absolutely love that I can move the chairs around to fit exactly what we are needing combined with where we want to sit depending on the mood. Service has been excellent as we figure out temperature; the water PH (it takes a minute - stick with it or empty and start over - we are all different!) but with the help of staff and the free water testing, we think we have it managed! Friendly and knowledgeable, they even suggested we wait a few days to take advantage of a sale coming AND a rebate! Saved us thousands! Even a difficult delivery (on our deck on a lake behind the house) was overcome with the help of a crane and care! We had shopped several different types of spas, and glad we chose Bullfrog, as it was the only one that we could manage the pressure and power of the jets independently (again .. spinal damage cause's pain with too much pressure) If you want to invest in a spa; I highly recommend the service, care, and ability to answer questions and problem solve with the team at Glacier Pool Supplies & Spas. Needed a few water sample testing to get the baseline for starting up a new pool. I'm not from the area but happened to see it as I was passing by. They were courteous and didn't mind providing the test along with general information about controlling certain levels. I appreciate their time and availability.

Very knowledgeable staff that saved me from draining my pool! I had a 3 year old huge stain in the bottom of my pool from salt that had iron in it. They recommended the Jandy stain cleaner as one last try before I had to drain and acid wash the pool and it worked!!! Thank you Brad!

Well the exceeded my expectations and the staff is awesome to deal with, if you're in the Houston area I highly recommend you go see these folks for any pool needs. I will be back! We've enjoyed our Bullfrog spa we purchased from Glacier years back. We recently had our first issue after owning it for over eight years. They sent Jim the repair guy out & he was able to diagnose & repair the problem the same day.

Checked online prices for 3in tabs and powder shock and they were cheaper ,and walk in and out ready. They offer free water analysis too. Best place hands down in the clear lake and all of Houston. Use them.

I started going to Glacier Pool Supplies now for 1 year. For the most part I go there for testing my pool water they only sell what you need and my pool looks spectacular. I highly recommend them they sell you what you need they’re not trying to sell chemicals for a profit!

Just wanted to take a moment and thank this company for their outstanding Customer Service provided by Brad S yesterday in the repair of our Pentair Racer pool cleaner. Could not have been a better experience overall and I know now where we will be taking all of our Pool business henceforth. Highly recommend that others follow suit!

After searching fir what we needed online unsuccessfully a pool chain store recommended trying Glacier. They had exactly what we needed and were so helpful. They definitely have a shopper for life.

I called looking for a specific pool pump and Jeremy was more than willing to make several calls to help me find it. After realizing that the pump was not anywhere in the state he could have just stopped there, but he didn't. He helped my husband and I find another solution that would work for our needs. We purchased it and it ended up not satisfying our needs however he went out of his way to spend extra time with us to find something else including asking other employees and even the owner got involved. Regardless of the 45min drive from our home to them, they have gained life long customers and we will only ever purchase anything we need for our pool from them moving forward.

I came here looking for a replacement pool pump for my in ground pool and I cannot say how great a place this is as well as the employees and owner. They are not only knowledgeable about the products they sell including multiple brands as well as comparing them to each other but they go above and beyond to care about what you actually need and not just try to sell you a product. Even after much research I selected a pump, took it home and installed it and was not satisfied with how much water it was pumping. I called and spoke to Jeremy who then spoke to the owner and even though they do not normally take back pumps or exchange they went out of their way and not only took back the pump I purchased and had installed but then spent the next hour with me comparing more pumps of various sizes to make sure that I would be picking the pump necessary for my pool set up. They even helped recommend a pool cleaning service for my father's above ground pool. Before finding this company I would normally just go to Leslie's or purchase online but I will from now on be shopping here for all my pool needs!

I brought in a broken old pressure fed cleaner and Brad gave me a quick estimate of the expected repair costs (very reasonable). I instead opted to buy a new unit that also had scrubbing capabilities while also being pressure fed. Brad patiently answered all my noob pool owner questions and was very knowledgeable. I came at the recommendation of a friend, and these guys are legit.

The staff at Glacier Pools and Spas is top notch. The prices for parts and pool chemicals are much lower than Leslies. They also stock many pool parts that other places will have to order, and have a lower cost than I found online. The staff is very friendly and patient for those like myself that are new to swimming pools. They will answer any questions that you have. I recently purchased a new robotic pool cleaner from them. They have a loaner model that you can try before you buy. I must have asked 100 questions as I couldn't decide between two models but the employee was very patient and answered all of my questions, making my purchasing experience pleasant. I have found my new pool store!

Great experience! My pump motor died after the hard freeze. It was impossible to find one quickly- until I called glacier. They had it in next day. I was was having trouble with assembly so they did it for me at no extra cost. Top notch service. I was blown away. Many thanks to glacier pool supply. Will definitely recommend!

Had an issue with the blower for my spa. The owner came out to my house to see what the issue was and then returned with the correct part at no charge to me. This is not the first time they have saved me a bunch of money. Another time they fixed a pool pump rather than sell me a new one.

These guys got my pool back on track in less than12 hrs. Sold me exactly what I needed , upgraded to a sand filter and one gallon of chemicals, nothing more, nothing less ( unlike some other popular pool chain around selling me stuff I didn't need). Very helpful with all the questions I had and actually took the time to answer them and didn't feel rushed. They are now my go to guys for all my pool needs for now on. I definitely recommend giving them a try..
